We all experience periods of emotional darkness. I think people shouldn’t have to hide that or feel ashamed of this darkness, but rather acknowledge it and feel it. Don’t pretend its not happening. If you are grieving - then grieve. If you are self loathing, acknowledge it and let those feelings play out - because you will learn from it.- Interview excerpt
